Where the Trás-os-Montes hills meet the river
Opened in 2026, the São Mamede de Ribatua Walkways descend the stream over hundreds of steps, revealing a steep-sided valley of cliffs, waterfalls and lush vegetation all the way to the Tua reservoir.
